Do you think that figuring out how to eat healthy is harder than doing your own taxes?

In a national food and health survey for 2012 conducted by the International Food Information Council Foundation, 52% of people polled said that they would rather figure out their taxes than figure out what they should and shouldn’t eat to be healthier.

The survey also revealed that taste is the highest factor in making decisions when buying food, with price coming in at a close second. Nearly 6 out of 10 Americans believe that online and mobile tools can help in living a healthy lifestyle, and African Americans are the most receptive group to these tools.
