Cube and skewer a red onion, bell peppers or other veggies for more flavorful kabobs.
- Mix oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour into a zip-close bag and add beef cubes. Seal bag and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
- When ready to cook, preheat grill. In a large bowl, pour boiling water over the mushrooms and let stand a few minutes. Drain mushrooms and thread on skewers, alternating between marinated meat and mushrooms.
- Grill over hot coals for 5 minutes with lid down. Turn skewers and grill for 5 more minutes with lid up.
