Ingredients
1 ½ cups oatmeal
½ cup coconut
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup pecans
¼ cup honey
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
Tips & Notes
Enjoy cranberries year round by buying extra bags of fresh, in-season cranberries to freeze in zippered plastic bags.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and place in an ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
Bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Cool thoroughly and store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
Place it in a Mason jar or plastic container – just make sure to store it in the refrigerator.
