  • 1 ½ cups oatmeal
  • ½ cup coconut
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup pecans
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Enjoy cranberries year round by buying extra bags of fresh, in-season cranberries to freeze in zippered plastic bags.

 
 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and place in an ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Cool thoroughly and store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
  4. Place it in a Mason jar or plastic container – just make sure to store it in the refrigerator.
