Cinnamon-Cranberry Granola
This simple granola recipe calls for dried cranberries, oatmeal, coconut, cinnamon and pecans to pack a nutritional punch.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups oatmeal
- ½ cup coconut
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup pecans
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Tips & Notes
Enjoy cranberries year round by buying extra bags of fresh, in-season cranberries to freeze in zippered plastic bags.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and place in an ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Cool thoroughly and store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
- Place it in a Mason jar or plastic container – just make sure to store it in the refrigerator.
