Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup ice cubes
 
 

Tips & Notes

Use frozen berries for best results. Skim milk can be used in place of yogurt, or for even less sugar, use low-fat buttermilk. Don't forget that this sweet treat serves two.
