- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a large pot. Add cinnamon sticks, spices and stevia; remove from heat. Let sit for at least 15 minutes. Strain and transfer to a pitcher.
- Boil 8 cups of water; remove from heat and steep tea bags. Remove tea bags.
- Juice the lemons and oranges. Before serving, add the spice-infused water and lemon/orange juice to the tea and heat. Take care to not boil, however.
