- 8 ounces smoked bacon
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix maple syrup, brown sugar and mustard. Place bacon on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush both sides with syrup mixture.
- Bake until browned and crisp, approximately 30-40 minutes.
