Apple Cranberry Coleslaw

Sweet and tangy, this cool coleslaw can be used as a topping or eaten on its own.

Ingredients

  • 14-16 ounces (1 bag) prepared coleslaw (shredded cabbage with or without shredded carrots)
  • 2 ½ cups apple, unpeeled and diced
  • ¾-1 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup light coleslaw dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, apple, onion and cranberries. Add dressing and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
