Ingredients
- 14-16 ounces (1 bag) prepared coleslaw (shredded cabbage with or without shredded carrots)
- 2 ½ cups apple, unpeeled and diced
- ¾-1 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- ¾ cup light coleslaw dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, apple, onion and cranberries. Add dressing and mix well.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
