Fruit Kabobs with Cinnamon-Sugar Dip

Ingredients
- 10 large strawberries
- 10 chunks of fresh pineapple
- 10 pieces banana
- 1 container silken tofu
- ⅓ cup sugar or honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- bamboo skewers
Instructions
- Skewer the strawberries, bananas and pineapple onto 8 to 10 short bamboo sticks.
- In a food processor, combine tofu, sugar (or honey), cinnamon, and salt. Puree until very smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste
- Serve skewers with dip.
