Spring Greens and Country Ham Tart

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Press the crust evenly into the tart pan. Layer the hamgreens and cheese over the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, nutmeg and green onions. Slowly pour the egg mixture in the tart pan.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Cover the top with foil, and continue baking about 30 minutes longer, or until center is set. Cool slightly and serve.

  1. Have you ever increased this using a 9×13 size pan? I would like to make this without a crust
    to take to a family with 2 children who are gluten intolerant. It sounds wonderful.
