Ingredients
- whole cloves
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ⅓ cup fresh horseradish
- ¼ cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Insert cloves in uncooked ham.
- Stir together remaining ingredients, heat to boiling.
- Brush horseradish glaze over ham, then cook ham according to the directions.
Tips & Notes
This glaze can also be used to marinade pork tenderloin or other cuts of pork by adjusting the ingredient proportions to match the cut of meat.
