Cheesy Sausage and Mushroom Pizza

Kids will love this gooey, cheesy pizza, topped with mushrooms and sausage.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
  • 1 10-ounce prepared thin pizza crust
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups Provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 4-ounce can mushroom pieces, drained

Instructions

  1. Heat over to 450 degrees. 
  2. Spread pizza crust evenly with sauce, one cup cheese, sausage, mushrooms and remaining cup of cheese.
  3. Bake directly on oven rack for 10 minutes, or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
