Blueberry Panna Cotta with Lemon Curd
Tangy lemon curd is a perfect topping for desserts, including Blueberry Panna Cotta.


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Stir over medium-low heat with a whisk until thickened.
  2. Remove from heat as soon as curd is thick enough to coat a spoon. This can be made several days ahead of serving.
  3. Spoon over sweet desserts like Blueberry Panna Cotta.

Tips & Notes

To get the maximum amount of juice from a lemon, simply microwave the lemon for 10 seconds before juicing. Or, roll on countertop for 10 seconds before juicing.
