Fresh Cranberry Relish
A Thanksgiving staple, this fresh cranberry relish features a whole orange that gives it a zesty kick.

Ingredients
- 3 cups (12 ounces) fresh cranberries
- 1 whole orange
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 green onions, chopped, optional
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse cranberries until coarsely chopped. Set aside in a medium-sized bowl.
- Quarter the orange. Pulse the orange quarters (peel and all) in the food processor until finely chopped.
- Add the orange, sugar and green onions to the cranberries. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate.
