Minty Spring Peas

Seasonal peas are made even better by fresh mint and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces petite peas, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. If using fresh peas, steam until just tender. If using frozen peas, skip to step 2.
  2. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir together until well combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
