Ingredients

  • 3 cups salted mixed nuts
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
 
 

Tips & Notes

The nuts can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

 
 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, toss the nuts with the maple syrup, olive oil, rosemary and cayenne. Spread the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
