Spiced Nut Mix

Savory nuts mixed with maple syrup, rosemary and cayenne make a great snack.

Ingredients

3 cups salted mixed nuts
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Tips & Notes

The nuts can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, toss the nuts with the maple syrup, olive oil, rosemary and cayenne. Spread the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet.
Roast for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
