- 3 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 1 ½ cups onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons cilantro
- 3 jalapeño peppers, chopped
- 4 teaspoons white vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and cook slow. This recipe can also be canned or frozen.
