Cranberry Lemon Super Tea

Stay healthy this winter with cranberry super tea.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • ½ lemon, sliced
  • 2-3 green tea bags
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼-⅓ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring water, berries and lemon slices to a boil. Reduce heat and stir occasionally until berries all pop.
  2. Add green tea bags and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain well. Stir in cayenne pepper and sweeten with maple syrup to taste.
