Leading the nation in cheese production, Wisconsin – America’s Dairyland – is home to nearly 1.3 million dairy cows that produced more than 31.7 billion pounds of milk in 2021.

Farm Fact: Dairy cows give more than 7 gallons of milk each day, which equals 112 glasses of milk.
