Ingredients
- 1 pound cantaloupe, thinly sliced
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- ¼ pound prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella pearls or balls
- 1-2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss cantaloupe slices with lemon juice.
- Transfer cantaloupe to a large platter and layer with basil, prosciutto and mozzarella.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
