Grilled Peach Burrata Salad
This Grilled Peach Burrata Salad makes a beautiful summertime presentation. Place the soft, creamy Italian burrata cheese on a platter and arrange grilled peach slices around it. Drizzle with honey and chopped pistachios and serve warm with toasted pita or whole grain crackers.

Ingredients
- 6 ripe medium-size peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 9 ounces burrata
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup pistachios, chopped
- Whole grain crackers, for serving
- Toasted pita bread, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high and brush each peach half on both sides with oil.
- Grill peaches for 4 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the fruit starts to caramelize. Flip and grill about 4 minutes more. Remove from grill and let cool. When cool to the touch, cut into thin slices.
- Place the burrata in the center of a large serving platter. Arrange the sliced peaches around the burrata. Drizzle honey over everything and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Arrange the crackers and toasted pita around the burrata and peaches. Serve immediately.
